Celebrate the arrival of Spring at the LCAC by delving into the powerful connection between mental wellness and nature! Explore the healing and creative benefits of gardening with a DIY gardening kit tailored to help you cultivate your own mini garden.
Throughout the workshop, you'll receive guidance on selecting, growing, and nurturing three herbal teas, all while adding your personal touch to terra cotta pots through painting and decoration. Join us to not only learn practical gardening skills but also to deepen your understanding of how nurturing a relationship with nature can serve as a simple yet profound activity for ongoing mental wellness and connection.
All supplies will be provided along with a light snack.
